Ran Huang was called to the Bar of China in 1996 and worked for the Judicial Buaural as an attorney for six years before became a founding partner lawyer in Guangdong TeamWin LawFirm in 2002.Now she is a member lawyer in an outstanding law office named Bohou law office based on Guangzhou City, China. She obtained her LL.B from SunYeSan University School of Law in 1995 and her Masters Degree in International Private Law from the Law School of Hunan Normal University of China in 2002. In all, Ran practiced law in China for more than 19 years. She also gained experience practicing law in the United States, where she obtained a LL.M in International and Comparative Law in 2007 from Indiana University School of Law. Ran was called to the Bar of New York in August 2008 and she started to practise with Alan Bauerle LLP in 2007 and continued it afterwards, now Ran is also an of-counsel of the Duford law group which is California based law firm and focusts on the area of Immigration law and employment law. Ran was called to the Bar of Ontario in Jan 2013 after completion of her lawyer’s licensing exams and with an exemption of the articling as a foreign recognized lawyer. While practicing law in China and the United States, Ran acted for various international clients, including those from the mainland of the Peoples Republic of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the United States, Europe, Singapore, Japan, Korea, and Africa, etc. She developed extensive experience in international trade law working in the areas of state-to-state negotiations, trade policy, and economic and trade sanctions. Ran has worked in all areas of Chinese domestic law and she has practical experience and proven expertise in assisting companies conducting business in China.
